How did you get into fitness?
I discovered the world of fitness after having three children and dancing my whole life. Pilates and yoga were the perfect solution to all of my fitness struggles as a busy mom and dancer.

What are your goals for your group exercise class participants?
I would like for all of the participants of my classes to feel good about themselves and enjoy their time in class. Hopefully walking away with some new knowledge that will help them feel better.

Why do you like working at RVC?
I like working at RVC because it’s an atmosphere of encouragement and healing to its community. I love being a part of a team that pushes themselves to be better and offer their highest level of instruction.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
Outside of being a mom to three boys I enjoy hiking, cooking, and, of course, dancing.
