I have been a swim/triathlon coach since 2001 with my first USAT Coaching cert and have been teaching swim at the club since I have been here. I have been a Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor for over 25 years. I would say I specialize in corrective exercise and biomechanical excellence for all athletes, from enduring iron-distance triathletes to novice 5k runners.
