How did you get into fitness?
After high school in 1988, I lived in Nepal and was introduced to yoga and meditation.

What are your goals for your group exercise class participants?
To experience peace and freedom inside themselves.

Why do you like working at RVC?
Support and encouragement I receive from staff and the warmth and enthusiasm of the membership community.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
Walking and running in the woods with my dogs.
