How did you get into fitness?
I was an athlete through college, then after I got my first job I missed the team environment. I joined a gym, started going to Body Pump classes, and an instructor asked if I wanted to try out teaching. The rest is history.

What are your goals for your group exercise class participants?
To feel comfortable and empowered while exercising. Working out can be intimidating, I hope you can find joy and excitement on your healthy journey.

Why do you like working at RVC?
The people. Everyone wants to show up and be active. I love the Upper Valley.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I’m a Mom of two kids under two. We love adventuring outside, whether on walks or a hike, and sledding in the winter. I also love baking treats for everyone to enjoy.

Are there any other fun facts you’d like to share?
I hiked to Everest Base Camp in Nepal to get married .
