How did you get into fitness?
I have always enjoyed being active – walking, hiking, swimming, kayaking, biking. After attending a yoga retreat in Tulum, Mexico I completed my 200-hour YTT (Yoga Teacher Training) in 2007 and have been teaching yoga since then.

What are your goals for your group exercise class participants?
I hope the participants in my meditation and yoga classes will leave the class feeling inspired, relaxed and refreshed.

Why do you like working at RVC?
Wonderful people!

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, hiking, kayaking – and in the winter, snowshoeing and cross country skiing.

Are there any other fun facts you’d like to share?

‘Can’t’ is no longer in my vocabulary, and I have a sense of pride in my ability to work toward a goal and not only achieve it, but often exceed it.
