RVC Tri-Club

Small Group Training for the Upcoming 2020 Triathlon Season with Alex Figueroa & Pam Crandall. The RVC Tri-Club is a Pre-Season Triathlon Training Program created for all levels from the most novice to the most seasoned triathlete to make 2020 your best year in triathlon. We’ll focus on your swim/bike/run skills and speed for all triathlon distances. This program includes two Indoor Sprint Events and a 12-week training program for all participants and offers coached training for a limited number of athletes.

Meet Our Tri-Club Coaches:

Alex Figueroa
Personal trainer and group fitness instructor for over 25 years. I would say I specialize in corrective exercise and biomechanical excellence for all athletes, from enduring iron-distance triathletes to novice 5k runners. Currently, I am working on developing my skills and becoming a master practitioner of ZHealth Performance, a neurocentric system to improve movement and reduce pain by addressing dysfunction in the nervous system. Triathlete, yogi, weightlifter.
Pam Crandall
USMS Swim Coach Masters Level III, USA Triathlon Coach Level I / Youth and Junior Specification, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, USAW Level I Olympic Lifting Coach. Pam is WSI, Life Guard, First Aid, and CPR certified by the Red Cross. Pam uses USA swimming philosophies when teaching swim lessons.

I believe everyone can be fit, healthy and age gracefully. Most people have a far greater physical capacity than they realize and with training can perform physically at a much higher level. I will provide you with the motivation, knowledge, information and passion to make the changes in your life that you have been wishing for.

I will guide and direct your training so that you can become fit, healthy and feel beautiful. Drawing on my knowledge as a personal trainer, athlete and mother I will help you become the best version of yourself. We will work to your strengths, have fun, and identify and overcome any personal strength and conditioning challenges.
As a Dartmouth 89, I was a three season athlete, participating in Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor Track. I was an All-American in 10K and won the award for Most Outstanding Female Athlete. After college I went on to become an All-American in triathlon. My expansive and experienced background includes swimming, cycling, basketball, gymnastics, and competitive dance. I specialize in working with individuals on their fitness in the water and I am passionate about teaching adults to swim. I have coached many local athletes both one on one and as part of a team.

My wish is to inspire and help you become fit physically, emotionally and spiritually and to gain a love for being healthy and in shape. Let’s work together to achieve your goals!
