A six week small group training program designed to help you lose inches off your body and feel your absolute best. Each class is 55 minutes and coached by a RVC certified personal trainer. The classes focus on a specialized format such as strength training, endurance, or core. EFT payment option includes the 7th week as a recovery week to continue long term strength goals. All levels welcome.
