Featuring a heated, saltwater indoor lap pool and recreation pool as well as a resort-style outdoor pool. Our cold plunge and co-ed whirlpool are a perfect therapeutic treat to any guest and each locker room is equipped with a steam room, whirlpool and sauna.

Lap pool landmarks
- 1 length = 25 yards (from wall to wall)
- 2 lengths = 50 yards
- 4 lengths = 100 yards
- 0.25 mile = about 500 yards = 20 lengths
- 0.5 mile = about 800 yards = 32 lengths
- 1 mile = about 1700 yards = 68 lengths
Rules and Regulations
- Lap swimming is limited to our 25 yard lap pool. Lap swimming is NOT permitted in the main recreation pool.
- For the lap pool, we encourage lap swimmers to use wetsuits, caps, gloves and fins to enhance their swimming experience.
- Children are not permitted in pool areas unless they are in a lesson with a staff instructor or accompanied by a parent during designated family swim times.
- Children are to be supervised by parents at all times.
- Children ages 6-13 must be accompanied by an adult when using club whirlpools for conservative periods of time.
- Always be respectful and return equipment after use.
Please note that FitKids Childcare families are invited to share the pool with our members Monday-Friday from 6:30pm-8:30pm and Saturday/Sunday from 9:00am-11:00am and 3:00pm-6:00pm. Thank you for your cooperation.
