Philip DeNigris

Phil is new to the Upper Valley and has 7 years of experience in the field of Strength and Conditioning & Rehabilitation. While studying Athletic Training, he was the Assistant Strength Coach, working with Division 1 Men and Women’s Tennis, Lacrosse, Baseball, Softball, and Track & Field Teams. From there he interned at Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning (MBSC) in Woburn, Massachusetts, before returning to his native New York City.

In 5 years of Personal Training, he has pursued multiple advanced certifications focusing on joint health and longevity, including FMS, StrongFirst Kettlebell, FRC Mobility Specialist, and Postural Restoration Institute. His experience with high-level athletes, clients with acute and chronic orthopedic considerations, allows him to help a wide variety of clients.
