I create a supportive and nurturing training environment and instruct with the highest level of passion and dedication to ensure you will meet your personal goals.
I have experience working with a wide variety of population through many fitness domains including weight loss, strength conditioning, injury prevention and various clinical backgrounds.
I have been an avid runner since I was 16. Found my passion for dance at age 9 and a fierce advocate of strength training.
