What is Personal Training?

Before You Begin…

Physical activity and structured exercise are the best preventative health tools at our disposal. To ensure you start your fitness journey accurately and safely, we require all members to complete an initial evaluation utilizing the Pro Fitness Program fitness consultation process. After that initial consultation, our team can pair you up with one of our personal trainers based on your own needs and preferences. You can also view our Personal Training team below. Personal Training Services: 

A variety of one-on-one training services are available allowing every client to participate in Personal Training at their own level of comfort. All sessions are led by one of our nationally Certified Personal Trainers. Their level of expertise and attention to detail allows each client to reach their goals in the most effective and safe manner.

On the Fitness Floor: 

Get a true feel of the club environment, immersing yourself in the full community, energy, and social connectivity our fitness floor has to offer. RVC’s fitness floor is well-appointed with a full line of selectorized strength machines, free weights, cardiovascular equipment, flexibility training area, and functional training space. Personal Training on our fitness floor is unparalleled in the Upper Valley in variety, spatial arrangement, and cleanliness.

On the Personal and Small Group Training Studio: 

Our Personal and Small Group Training Studio offers a more boutique experience with a greater sense of personal space, more privacy, and increased seclusion uncommon in a large club environment without compromising on the elevated full-service club amenities RVC is so well-known for. Limited space and required reservations in this training area provide each client with a more personal touch with less traffic.

RVC Outdoors (seasonal): 

Our newest location for personal training offers our members the opportunity to take advantage of our beautiful surroundings in the Upper Valley. Our tent provides an area with fresh air and plenty of space for physical distancing from other members.

Online Personal Training: 

Personal Training offered anywhere you are (internet connectivity required). Whether you are a busy traveler, prefer to stay home, or are away on vacation, our online personal training options allow you to stay connected with your personal trainer and stay on track to reaching your fitness goals through the whole year. Our trainers will guide you through the most effective home-based programming to keep you in top shape when being in the club is not an option. Online training may require purchase of specific accessory fitness equipment that are easy to take with you on the go or keep in a drawer in your home – no heavy or bulky equipment is needed.
