Meet Adam Dutille

Taking the first step towards your fitness goals can be intimidating. I pride myself on providing my clients with a safe and comfortable environment to eliminate those fears. Together, we will develop the optimal routine to help you achieve your goals. Adam received his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training, graduating cum laude in 2017. Prior to graduation he received his personal training certification through the American College of Sports Medicine.

Meet Linnea Osterberg

Coming from an athletic background with a B.Sc. in Physical Therapy from the European School of Physiotherapy in Amsterdam, I am all about functional training. NASM-certified as a personal trainer, I want to help my clients feel and move their best. A former hockey player and current cross-fitter, runner and yogi, I like to draw from a diverse range of exercises to help you achieve your goals!

Meet Alex Figueroa

Personal trainer and group fitness instructor for over 25 years. I would say I specialize in corrective exercise and biomechanical excellence for all athletes, from enduring iron-distance triathletes to novice 5k runners. Currently, I am working on developing my skills and becoming a master practitioner of ZHealth Performance, a neurocentric system to improve movement and reduce pain by addressing dysfunction in the nervous system. Triathlete, yogi, weightlifter.

Meet Garrett Rolsma

I have always seen it as an honor to help others achieve their dreams. Everyone is unique and deserves a personalized approach, and I pride myself on building strong relationships with those seeking better health and wellness. No matter the individual needs, I believe that the journey to a better you should be fun and exciting.

From the collegiate football field to the glaciers of Mount Rainier, I have always embraced physical and mental challenges. I have applied my love for health, fitness, and athletic performance to build a fulfilling profession. Training for a specific event, or simply wanting to live better? I have the tools needed to succeed at both.

I love to travel and my adventures have provided me with a unique approach to a healthy lifestyle, one that can be taken anywhere. Exercise is only part of the equation. Adopting an active lifestyle and fueling your body with appropriate nutrients will provide real long lasting results.

My goal is to not only be your coach, but mentor, confidant, and support system. With my experience and passion, paired with your hard work and dedication, together we can move mountains.
