October Classes

Class Additions

  • Tabata Express from 9:30am-10:00am Mondays with Lindsay Cummings and Wednesdays and Fridays with Katherine Grainger: Get a quick, full body workout with timed intervals of intense anaerobic exercises with less intense recovery periods. This 30-minute class can varying based on a participant’s current fitness level. Takes place in Studio 1.
  • Hatha Yoga from 4:15pm-5:15pm on Wednesdays with Lisa Varno: Improve strength, flexibility, and balance while easing stress and fortifying the spirit. Moving through classic poses (asana), we’ll focus on alignment and breath work to create a safe, inspiring practice that enhances awareness and wellbeing. Open to all levels, with options to modify or move deeper into poses and cues to accommodate beginners as well as more advanced students. Takes place in the Yoga Studio.
  • *Knock Out First Strike from 12:15pm-12:45pm on Tuesdays with Marie White:A 30 minute, high intensity Tabata style class that focuses on striking technique and core strength only. The class is centered around intervals of striking to perfect your boxing technique. First Strike will give your body the core and conditioning workout it needs! Takes place in the GTS. *Additional fee.

  • BodyPump with Amy Fortier on Mondays is now 12:05pm-12:55pm
  • BodyPump with Amy Fortier on Mondays is now 12:05pm-12:55pm
  • Relax and Renew with Lisa Varno is now from 5:00pm-6:00 pm on Sundays
  • *Knock Out changes to First Strike on Tuesdays at 12:15pm
  • *Reformer on Tuesdays at 9:00am is now instructed by Marie White
  • *Reformer on Fridays at 9:00am is now instructed by Maryam Paydarfar
  • Pilates Mat on Tuesdays at 12:00pm is now instructed by Mike St. Laurence

Class Cancellations

    • Foundational Yoga on Wednesdays on 7:00am with Lisa Varno has been removed
    • Spinning on Mondays and Fridays from 8:30-9:30am with Kerry Artman has been removed
    • Pilates Mat and Pilates Reformer with Laura Curthoys have been removed
