How did you get into fitness?
I grew up doing competitive cheerleading, skiing, water skiing, and recently discovered acro yoga and rock climbing.

What are your goals for your group exercise class participants?
I want participants in my classes to feel strong, flexible, and excited to come back for more!

Why do you like working at RVC?
I’m new!

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
Skiing and cuddling with my cat!
