I believe that training should be just what the position is titled: Personal. I am a strong advocate of workout programs tailored to you, your goals and nothing cookie cutter. Whether those goals are aesthetic or athletic I can help you reach them. I have experience with clients from all walks of life and skill level.

My sessions will not only be productive in terms of training but educational as well. The more you understand the “what” and “why” of our exercise selection the more we can work together to get you on the right track!
