More Classes Added in April

Please see below for updates to our group fitness schedule effective April 1. For April’s class schedule view the calendar or if you’re a Club member, you can download our Club app.

Class Additions

    • Spinning, Tuesdays from 8:30am-9:30am with Kerry Artman: The indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Class takes place in the Cycling Studio. We are equipped with StarTrac Spinning Bikes with SPD pedals and clips.
    • Ground Flow Yoga, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:15pm-5:15pm with Abby Corriveau: A Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga based yoga class that integrates natural ground movement like kneeling, crawling, rolling, and seating that will take your yoga experience to a whole new level while opening your hips, building resilient wrists and shoulders, strengthen the body, improve balance, and overall joint health with a harmonious balance of stability and mobility.
    • Spin and Strength Circuit, Mondays from 6am-7am with Alex Blakeman: Start class with a 25 minute indoor cycling workout where you ride hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. This is followed by 25 minutes of Boot Camp where you can expect to do interval training, such as, pushups, lunges and core work!
    • *Knock Out Boxing: A one-of-a-kind striking/boxing workout. This 30-minute high intensity interval class will take you through a five minute warm-up followed by six intense rounds of striking combos using Focusmaster innovative striking machines. Includes functional body weight exercises and an intense two minute explosive round to finish you off with a five minute cool down. A certified, dedicated coach will direct and guide your ultimate experience in a team atmosphere with heart pumping music. See the full schedule here

    Class Changes

    • Circuit Breaker, Tuesdays at 9am now takes places in SPC
    • Pilates Reformer, Thursdays at 5:30pm is now at 4:30pm
    • Slow Flow Yoga, Tuesdays at 7pm is now called Vinyasa Flow Yoga (description is the same)
    • Spinning, Mondays at 6am is now Spin and Strength Circuit

    Class Cancellations

    • Total Barre, Thursdays at 5:30pm has been removed from the schedule due to instructor schedule conflict
    • Foundational Pilates Mat, Saturdays at 8am has been removed from the schedule due to attendance
