I am dedicated and passionate about helping my clients reach their specific goals, accomplished with innovative and creative training strategies.

Matt is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and enjoys working with people of all ages. He makes the training experience fun and interesting for all of his clients. With his competitive nature, he will push you to meet your individual goals.

Newell also teaches an incredibly successful group training program called MAX. This program focuses on metabolic activating exercises for all levels. Learn more
