How did you get into fitness?
I’m passionate about helping others and participating in a person’s journey to optimal health and wellness.

What are your goals for your group exercise class participants?
My goal is to provide fitness classes that focus on the mind and body as a whole because Fitness isn’t one size fits all. I create a supportive and nurturing training environment and instruct with the highest level of passion and dedication to ensure you will meet your personal goals. This includes establishing correct movement patterns to ensure a productive, safe and effective workout. One that you can apply to everyday life and the hobbies you enjoy. A body that is in motion stays in motion regardless of age.

Why do you like working at RVC?
I like working at RVC because of the members. Being part of a team that is committed to making a difference in our members’ lives. Seeing the members share the same passion I do about health and well being. Knowing at the end of the day, I made a difference.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
In my spare time, I enjoy Running with Lily (my beagle), hiking, kayaking, skiing. Most anything that involves being outdoors. I produce candles for a hobby.

Are there any other fun facts you’d like to share?
I embrace learning, I embrace change – without both there is little growth. And age is only a number.
