Personal Training 22-Pack Special

In celebration, we’re offering big savings. For the month of March, purchase a 22-pack of personal training at a special discounted rate (at the rate per session of a 36-pack). Speak with a fitness consultant or personal trainer for details. Email to learn more.

March Madness

Member Referral Program

For each new member you refer, receive a $50 gift card to an online retailer of your choice (such as Amazon, Best Buy, and more!). Just have the new member mention your name during the sign-up process and our system will generate an email to you with instructions on how to claim your $50 gift card.

RVC Membership Special

We’re turning 22 years old. In honor of our birthday, new members who join between March 1-22 pay just $22 for March dues. One year agreement required. Speak with a membership coordinator for more details.

CrossFit FREE Class Thursdays

Are you new to CrossFit? Join our thriving community. Every Thursday this month, all CrossFit classes will be open and FREE for new RVC CrossFitters.

Tennis March Special & Upcoming Session

Parents Night Out – Saint Patrick’s Edition
Friday, March 13

Enjoy the Friday before Saint Patrick’s Day with worry-free childcare at FitKids! Drop off your child (6 months or older) with our qualified staff and enjoy a night out. Light snacks, pizza, crafts, and fun Valentine’s Day activities are provided. If you bring pjs, we will also get your kids ready for bed. $25/child, $15/each additional child. No refunds for cancellations after March 11, the Wed before the event. Limited spaces available. Ballroom Dance Bootcamp
Every Monday, 6:45-8:30pm
March 2 – 30 (five weeks)

Join us for five weeks of Ballroom Dance! Do you know the most popular ballroom dances? Beginners (and people who feel rusty) learn the basics of waltz, foxtrot, and swing. If you already know the basics, join the second class! Have more fun dancing with your partner to great music from the last 100 years. Recruit your own partner, singles also welcome.

Pilates Reformer and Apparatus Small Group Training
Every Monday/Thursday from 10-11am with Karen Zook or Every Tuesday/Thursday from 5:30-6:30pm with Noriko Tani.
March 22 – April 22 (five weeks)

Spring is around the corner. It is time to improve your core. Utilize Pilates reformers to enhance torso stability and postural alignment while working limbs in a range of motion. Pilates is a low impact workout that yields results. Enjoy workout variety with the use of the Reformers, Cadillac Tables, Barrels, Wonda Chairs and enjoy the combinations of Mat Pilates! All levels welcome.

Functional Small Group Training
Times and offerings vary.
March 2 – 30 (five weeks)

Join us for six weeks of designed programming to help you lose inches off of your body, broken up intro three different levels and classes. Reboot (for beginners), ReShape (for begginers/advanced), and Remain Functionally Fit (for moderate/advanced). Learn more about our popular, Certified Personal Trainer led program – HERE.

Crush Cancer Fundraiser
Saturday, March 7

On March 7, we are teaming up with gyms across the Upper Valley to benefit the Friends of Norris Cotton Cancer Center. There will be a CrossFit workout (10-11am), a spinning class (11:30am-12:30pm), and a cardio dance class (11:30am-12:30pm) and some of our Certified Personal Trainers are participating in a train the trainer event from 11am-3pm.
