If someone had told me 15 years ago that I would become someone addicted to a good workout and would subsequently become a personal trainer because of it, I would have never believed them. I was not the gym type despite the fact that I enjoyed being active outdoors. But as the years went on, the active outdoor lifestyle was slowly developing into a strong interest in health and fitness. That interest developed further into a fascination and growing knowledge of the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle.

I have used my passion and experience to become a Certified Personal Trainer. It’s my hope to support, motivate, and educate those looking to make a lifestyle change. Reaching your fitness goals and improving your quality of life is a reward that I look forward to celebrating with you.
