Being a three-sport athlete growing up, my life has always revolved around the fitness industry. Today, as a graduate student and mother, I understand the various needs to balance work, life, and health. I use my evidence based knowledge and experience to empower and embrace all your possibilities. It is my top priority to provide the tools and support for actual, lasting change through body-positive, evidence-based, wholesome nutrition, training, and self-care information.

I received a Bachelor’s of Science and Exercise Science in 2011 and haven’t stopped yet. Today, I am working toward my Masters in Public Health and use this information to provide excellent services in health and fitness promotion including strength training, nutrition, pre-and-post pregnancy fitness, women’s health, corrective exercises, injury prevention, fat loss, mindset, and much more.
