The rest is up to you – all you have to do is earn 1300 MEPs in the month of June, and you are entered into the drawing for over one-hundred $50 (or more) cash prizes. If you do not have a belt, you can always purchase one from the FITshop.

Visit our Myzone Coordinator, Kate Rappaport or email: myzone@rivervalleyclub.com, if you have any questions regarding Myzone belts, or the challenge.

RVC and Paws 4 Training have teamed up (once again!) to provide this fun fitness class for you and your canine companion. This 5-week small group training program will provide you with a great workout while incorporating activities that will work for your dog both mentally and physically. A mix of cardio and strength training will be incorporated into this interval training class. Workout, burn calories and enjoy time with your dog! Dogs should be comfortable working alongside other dogs/people and have some basic skills (sit, down, stay and leash manners). Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations (including kennel cough) to participate in class. To register, please visit or call RVC at 603-643-7720. $125 includes training for you and your pup.

Class Additions

Classic Pilates Mat
Wednesdays from 11am-12pm.
With Maryam Paydarfar. Classic Pilates Mat will include variations of basic Pilates Movements by using props and light weights. We will provide modifications for beginners or for those with physical limitations. This incredible class is challenging yet a safe method to sculpt your body. You feel increased agility in your everyday movements!

Aqua Conditioning
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-6:30pm.
With Jennifer Sargent. Rethink your stereotypical ideas about working out in the water, because this class is going to be your game changer. This water workout has you working out as hard as you do on land (maybe harder!) – but without the joint, muscle and tendon stress. Using a combination of water depth and aqua equipment (noodles, waist belts, water dumbbells), along with the AEA’s newest rate-of-perceived-exertion scale and high intensity music, this workout allows the highest caliber athlete to reach maximum heart rate and muscle fatigue, and less conditioned individuals to get a great cardio and strength workout in their conditioning zone. This workout includes HIIT, contrast training and circuit training, and is manageable for all fitness levels thanks to modifications. If you want to build or maintain your complete body workout (aerobic, strength and flexibility) and take stress off your painful or sensitive areas, this is for you. This is a workout for all and is highly recommended for those looking to work out hard, as well as those rehabbing from injuries or taking care of chronically painful points such as knees, back, shoulders and neck. All levels welcome
