How did you get into fitness?
My mom and dad were serious athletes and I was dancing, playing tennis – basically you name it – since I could walk.

What are your goals for your group exercise class participants?
Have fun, get fit, workout for yourself at your pace without feeling judged or being afraid you’ll get called out, remain functional and independent with your movement, and leave feeling good every single time.

Why do you like working at RVC?
I don’t like it. I LOVE IT!

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
Reading great books, binge-watching awesome TV, and taking hot baths with essential oils

Are there any other fun facts you’d like to share?
I still plan to be a professional disco queen some day.
