Functional Small Group Training

A six week small group training program designed to help you lose inches off your body and feel your absolute best. Each class is 55 minutes and coached by a RVC certified personal trainer. The classes focus on a specialized format such as strength training, endurance, or core. There are three different levels and classes to choose from, Reboot (beginner), ReShape (beginner/advanced), Remain (moderate/advanced). EFT payment option (available for ReShape & Remain levels) includes the 7th week as a recovery week to continue long term strength goals. Reboot Small Group Training (Beginner):

This program is perfect for those new to fitness or returning after a long break. You will get the support, education and motivation to kick start your long-term success at the club. This 6-week small group training program will teach you the skills and knowledge proper form and effective heart-rate training zones using the wearable technology, Myzone. In your private group of 6 participants or less, you will work with a Certified Personal Trainer each class to properly warm up for 8-12 minutes, complete 20-25 minutes of essential circuit strength training and then slowly cool down for the remaining of class.

Instructor/class times:
March 9 – April 10
Tuesdays & Fridays from 9:30-10:30am with Katherine Grainger.
Tuesdays & Thursdays from 4-5pm with Abbey-Kaye Ritter.

Includes: Pre and Post Styku 3D body scan assessment ($70 value) and discount on Myzone belt (mentioned above). Nutrition and meal support. Off-day homework.

ReShape Small Group Training (Beginner/Advanced):

Mondays & Thursdays from 9-10am with Katherine Grainger.
Tuesdays & Thursdays from 11am-12pm with Lindsey Cummings.
Mondays & Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30pm with Kory Cazealt.
Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6-7pm with Kory Cazealt.

Remain Functionally Fit Small Group Training (Moderate/Advanced):

Designed for those have completed Reboot or ReShape Small Group Training or who are moderately to advanced conditioned individuals. This small group is fast-paced with minimal rest periods and requires high-intensity movements and challenging exercises. This includes body weight exercises, resistance training and using free weights. EFT payment option includes the 7th week as a recovery week to continue long term strength goals.

Reboot Small Group Training:

Remain Functionally Fit Small Group Training
- I can plank, squat and complete push-ups with proper form.

What is Myzone?
Myzone is an innovative wearable heart rate-based system that uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately and conveniently monitor physical activity. Myzone delivers a fully connected solution for fitness club operators and is respected as the fitness industry's wearable of choice. It is successful due to its accuracy at 99.4%. This is the tool for anyone who wants an accurate, gamified and motivating wearable. Myzone monitors heart rate, calories and time exercising that convert into Myzone Effort Points (MEPs), with a focus on rewarding effort rather than fitness.
What equipment is commonly utilized during a Small Group Training session?
Treadmills, rowers, bikes, recumbent bikes, erg rower, TRX suspension training systems, nattle ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls, resistance bands, TRX rip trainers, stability balls, steps, dumbbells, jump ropes, BOSU.
What is EFT?
Electronic Funds Transfer: Payment is continuously billed monthly. EFT participants have their spots always secured and get the 7th week of training.
What happens if I miss a session?
No sweat - jump into another class option as a make-up class.
