I believe everyone can be fit, healthy and age gracefully. Most people have a far greater physical capacity than they realize and with training can perform physically at a much higher level. I will provide you with the motivation, knowledge, information and passion to make the changes in your life that you have been wishing for.
I will guide and direct your training so that you can become fit, healthy and feel beautiful. Drawing on my knowledge as a personal trainer, athlete and mother I will help you become the best version of yourself. We will work to your strengths, have fun, and identify and overcome any personal strength and conditioning challenges. As a Dartmouth 89, I was a three season athlete, participating in Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor Track. I was an All-American in 10K and won the award for Most Outstanding Female Athlete. After college I went on to become an All-American in triathlon. My expansive and experienced background includes swimming, cycling, basketball, gymnastics, and competitive dance. I specialize in working with individuals on their fitness in the water and I am passionate about teaching adults to swim. I have coached many local athletes both one on one and as part of a team.
My wish is to inspire and help you become fit physically, emotionally and spiritually and to gain a love for being healthy and in shape. Let’s work together to achieve your goals!
Meet Matt MacLean
With a focus on athletic training, I work with my clients utilizing a variety of sport-specific techniques. My goal is to build your confidence and strength through traditional conditioning exercises.
I am a living testimony to how determination and dedication to physical fitness can transform lives. Defying all medical predictions, I overcame a life altering hit and run accident in 1989. Now, against all odds, I have turned my life into one triumph after another.
As a trainer, I particularly enjoy working with those seeking greater strength, definition, or all-around conditioning. My constant smile and resolve combine to make me an ideal trainer for anyone looking for a challenge and inspiration.
