Elsa Chinburg

I worked as a trainer in Virginia for a little under 2 years, working with a diverse set of clients ranging in different ages, abilities, and nationalities. My personal mission as a trainer is to foster an environment where participants feel stronger, healthier, more confident, and proud of their accomplishments after every workout. I’m especially interested in meeting clients at their own individual levels, and then developing training plans that fit their goals and get them just a little out of their comfort zones.

I have a background working in adaptive recreation with people with all sorts of abilities and disabilities, which has allowed me to get creative with clients who face their own individual challenges.
