How did you get into fitness?
I grew up as a really active kid who loved being outdoors and playing sports. That never went away!

What are your goals for your group exercise class participants?
I want to push every participant to work hard and challenge themselves, while respecting their individual limits. I hope every participant finishes class sweaty and smiling!

Why do you like working at RVC?
I love the community feel here. I’ve really gotten to know clients and regulars at RVC, and it’s nice to always see familiar friends and faces.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
Reading, running, skiing, and more recently, triathlons!
