Membership

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program with over 7,000 affiliated gyms. At Upper Valley CrossFit, our affiliate programs are based on the CrossFit methodology: constant, varied functional movements at high intensities. We focus on proper technique with each fitness task keeping you motivated and injury-free in a fun group training environment.

Our program is also driven by the community. You will always receive immediate support from your coaches and peers, improving your fitness and motivation through group and personal success as well as accountability.

There are a lot of terms used only in CrossFit. A Box is any CrossFit affiliate or gym. So named because they’re traditionally found within industrial spaces. Upper Valley CrossFit is a 5,000 square foot facility featuring a variety of state-of-the-art equipment. We have professional certified coaches to help make every workout fun and safe. Because we’re part of the River Valley Club, most of our coaches are also certified trainers and specialists with years of versatile experience.

 

Monthly Membership

A monthly membership to Upper Valley CrossFit on its own costs $222/month. This gets you access to all classes, the box, and to the RVC locker room.

Full RVC members have unlimited access to all Upper Valley CrossFit programs $70/month. This is the best pricing you can get – giving you access to all UVCF classes, the box, the locker room, as well as all the other amenities at RVC.

Athletes of All Levels Welcome

Experienced and beginning level athletes are all welcome at our regular group times. UVCF's elite coaches make every athlete a priority and teach modifications so everyone is safely training at the appropriate level. You'll gain confidence in the language, technique and fitness required for CrossFit as you're inspired by and training with others.

WOD

A WOD is the workout of the day. Following the CrossFit mission, these workouts are constantly varied and change everyday. The set up, however, follows a similar pattern:

  • Warm up – for time or calorie count, mobility and strength
  • Skills – briefly covering technique and skill for the day’s class
  • WOD – the workout for the day, about 10-20 minutes with balance of intensity and reps
  • Cool down and stretching is on your own time after class

Open Gym

At Upper Valley CrossFit, we always have an open gym when the Club is open. Open gym is reduced to a portion of the box when classes are in session but, you can always find an open spot to work out.
