First Responders Program

Serving Those Who Serve 

The first program of its kind, Upper Valley CrossFit launched a low-cost program in 2019 designed to help first responders of New Hampshire and Vermont. 

The discounted program provides fire and police professionals with rigorous physical training so that they're best able to serve the public, and a social space to cultivate their community. 

The program serves three Upper Valley departments, with an open invitation to participate extended throughout the region. 

Inspired by its UVCF's success, similar programs have been piloted elsewhere in New England.
