- Vinyasa Flow with Sara Grote on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00pm-8:00pm: This style of Yoga is characterized by a focus on flowing through a dynamic series of connecting postures. A complete class with Sun Salutations and a variety of flow combinations. Class is lead at a moderate pace. Takes place in the yoga studio.
- Bootcamp with Daniel Naranjo on Fridays will now take place in Studio 1
- IGNITE at 8:30am on Wednesdays will be instructed by Marie White
- IGNITE at 8:30am on Fridays will be instructed by Lindsay Cummings
These classes have been removed from the schedule due to instructor conflict:
- Tai Chi Fridays at 2pm
- Olympic Lifting ends on August 18: Saturdays at 8am and Thursdays at 5:15pm
