How did you get into fitness?
I grew up dancing and love to move! I danced in college and after graduating I started taking group exercise classes. I fell in love with the atmosphere and the adrenaline rush. I have a strong teaching background and love to exercise so it was the perfect fit!

What are your goals for your group exercise class participants?
My goal for my participants is to get them to feel better – healthier, stronger, and more capable.

Why do you like working at RVC?
RVC has the best members. They are kind, hard working, and care about one another. It feels like a community and everyone belongs.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I love spending time outdoors. I love to hike, ski, and bike with my husband and two kids.
