Special Programs

Parents’ Night Out
Friday, August 9
Kids Club at RVC

Drop off your children (6 months or older) with our qualified staff and enjoy a night out. Light snacks, pizza, crafts, and games provided. If you bring pjs, we will also get your kids ready for bed. Limited spaces available. Available to RVC members only. Sign up in advance at Club Services. $15 per child / $35 for three children.

A six week small group training program designed to help you lose inches off your body and feel your absolute best. Each class is 55 minutes and coached by a RVC certified personal trainer. The classes focus on a specialized format such as strength training, endurance, or core. EFT payment option includes the 7th week as a recovery week to continue long term strength goals. All levels welcome. An all new 7th week option is now available too! Learn more.

Yoga Teacher Training
October 5 – December 14
Every Saturday & Sunday, 1-4pm. Every Monday 5:30-8:30pm.
Instructed by Sara Grote

Become a certified yoga teacher with the River Valley Club! Deepen your education and knowledge during this comprehensive and practical approach to yoga. Specialize in Vinyasa flow and will cover alignment, adjustments, philosophy, restorative, pre/postnatal Hatha Yoga and an overall understanding of all yoga. Learn more.

Class Changes

  • Awesome Abs & Glutes will now be taught by Janet Greger  on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 11-11:45am. Takes place in Studio 1.
  • Monday Pilates Reformer will now start at 9am. Takes place in the Pilates Studio.
  • Spinning will now be taught by Adrianne Pelton on Saturdays, from 8-9am. Takes place in the Spinning Studio.

Discontinued Classes

  • Total Abs & Glutes at 9:35am on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
  • Sunday 8am Spinning.
