As a former Division I Track & Field Athlete I learned firsthand how a well-developed strength program can help anyone reach their full potential.  My experience helps me maximize your chances of reaching your next level of fitness.  My knowledge is not just limited to athletes.  In college, I did research on the value of strength and power training in adult and elderly populations and its direct relation to mobility.  I understand that everyone needs, and can benefit from; strength and power training and more importantly I know how to customize the program to fit your needs.
