How did you get into fitness?
I grew up riding bikes, hiking, climbing trees, and always participated in sports from softball and soccer to cross country. Sports and fitness are giant threads to my life.

What are your goals for your group exercise class participants?
It seems most important to get people feeling comfortable, welcome, and then to have fun while grasping at their own fitness goals.

Why do you like working at RVC?
RVC has always felt like an after-school program, where all of the crew enjoys each moment.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
In my spare time, I’ll be found outside exploring with my chickens, and dog. I enjoy online art tutorials, drawing, and painting.

Are there any other fun facts you’d like to share?
I am also in a science book club which inspires me to be snuggled up with the cats and books.
