How did you get into fitness?

What are your goals for your group exercise class participants?
The greatest compliment I can receive at the end of class is, “I had so much fun that I forgot I was exercising!” I want my participants to feel like they’ve succeeded and are more confident in themselves by the end of their time with me.

Why do you like working at RVC?
I love my students!

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

Are there any other fun facts you’d like to share?
