History & Mission

History

RVC was founded in 1998 to give the Upper Valley a premium, state-of-the-art health and wellness facility. RVC's mission is to improve lives through fitness. To meet the community's needs over the years, the Club has tripled in size and added a childcare center. The 2024 renovation developed the Aquatics, Racquets, and childcare programs. With the best amenities and an attentive staff, RVC strives to be the best part of your day.

Facilities

RVC has the region’s finest facilities, including an expansive 10,000 square-foot fitness floor for individual and personal training. There are four studios with their own moods and uses: studio one, yoga studio, spin studio, and the Pilates studio. Play tennis or pickleball on four/eight indoor courts or four/eight seasonal outdoor courts. Enjoy indoor and outdoor pools, plus therapy pools and a cold plunge. A sauna, steam room, and hot tub are in each locker room. Get a beauty treatment at RVC Spa & Salon, have a snack break at RVC Café, or purchase gear at RVC’s FITshop. The Upper Valley CrossFit Box is the size of a basketball gymnasium and houses a rock climbing wall. Childcare is provided at Kids Club or at FitKids Childcare Center.

Mission

RVC is committed to providing a holistic wellness experience, including fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being. RVC's goal is to get you to 90 years old, when your membership becomes free.
