While living abroad, I threw myself into the Korean running scene! With a marathon, several half marathons, and a multitude of smaller races under my belt, I took on a new challenge: weight lifting. Running taught me how to build endurance and be disciplined. Weight lifting has built my strength and taught me how to push harder and break through my own perceived limitations. I love the sound of my feet hitting the pavement, the feel of the iron in my hands, and the wonderful sense of strength I’ve gained from both!
My passion lies in empowering everyone, especially women, in the weight room by teaching them how to train and transform their bodies with weights. I love to combine weights, cardio, and bootcamp style fitness to create unique programs that suit my clients and their goals. I want to help everyone find joy in fitness and to create their own version of healthy and happy!”
