Swim lessons are a wonderful and safe way to learn to swim while promoting fun and fitness. We offer several options for all age groups and levels. The calm and quiet atmosphere and high staff-to-client ratio facilitates learning. To learn more about our pools, click here.

Please note that FitKids Childcare families are invited to share the pool with our members Monday-Friday from 6:30pm-10:00pm and Saturday/Sunday from 9:00am-11:00am and 3:00pm-7:00pm. Thank you for your cooperation.

Meet Our Swim Instructors

Pamela Crandall
RVC Swim Instructor, Certified Life Guard, Certified in CPR and First Aid, Level 1 USA Swimming Coach, and GMA Swim Coach. Masters Level I/II Coach, Level I Triathlon Coach/Youth and Junior Specialization along with WSI.
Pam uses USA swimming philosophies when teaching swim lessons.

Alicia Connors
Alicia Connors is WSI certified by the American Red Cross and has taught numerous children how to swim going back as far as her lifeguarding, swim team and swim coaching days while in high school and college. Alicia teaches aqua aerobics at the RVC and and is a program manager for CASA NH.

Amanda Hamel
Amanda Hamel enjoys getting people comfortable in the water. Putting focus on safety and body movement. Her plan is to get anyone she can in the water. She enjoys teaching group, private, and semi-private lessons. Amanda is CPR and WSI certified. Email Amanda
Sam McGuire
Sam does her best to ensure that every student is successful and feels comfortable in swim lessons. She enjoys sharing the swim lesson experience with kids in hopes that they will love the water as much as she does. When she isn’t swimming, she is a teacher for first and second grade students.
