Stroke and Turn with Master Swim Instructor Pam Crandall

Focused on simple drills to improve technique

Participants will work under the guidance of a coach on refining stroke technique, fluency in the water and fitness all while having fun. We will also work on flip turns, racing starts and finishes. The class is designed to facilitate the development of all four competitive strokes: butterfly, backstroke, breast stroke and free style, and dolphin kicking.

The practices will focus on simple drills which lead to improved technique which, in turn, will led to increased speed, competence and fluency in the water. Participants will leave feeling fitter, faster, and better. Takes place in the lap pool.

Pam is a certified USMS Masters Level I and II Swim Coach, certified USAT Level I Triathlon Coach/Youth and Junior specialization, Red Cross certified WSI/Lifeguard/First Aid/CPR.
