I believe in an individualized approach to health and fitness. With a diverse training background that ranges from muscle building to Craniosacral Therapy, I can offer something for everyone. My approach includes an understanding of the body from many different viewpoints, and I don’t believe that one approach has it all.

From a young age, I have been involved in a variety of competitive team and individual sports. I have recovered from major hip surgeries, so I know what it takes to regain strength and flexibility. With my training in muscle strengthening, mixed martial arts, and my holistic approach to health and healing, I know I have something to offer you. I can help you discover the happiness you deserve, whether it be strength training, flexibility, self-defense, Polarity Therapy, or yoga. I will teach you how to develop a healthy approach to mind and body awareness. I also offer body work on a table to help release pain and pressure.

I incorporate many different exercise methods to make sure that you build practical muscle to compliment your life. As a team, we will work to turn your goals into a tangible reality. I will help you build healthy muscle, endurance, flexibility, and a solid structure; hone your self-defense skills; and develop a healthy mindset.
