The 5,000 square foot Sports Performance Center (SPC) at RVC offers comprehensive sports training for student athletes and adults. The programs within the SPC are focused on athletes that are serious about developing their physical ability through strength and conditioning exercises focused on five key areas: injury prevention, flexibility, core development, strength and speed. This is achieved through movement-based training, speed development drills, power-lifting techniques and functional strength training.
