“A STRONG BODY IS THE RESULT OF PROCESS. The key to achieving good health, becoming more pliable or balanced; to building muscle, shedding fat or maximizing performance lies in “a series of actions or steps taken in order to achieve a particular end”, known as our “PROCESS”.

I believe that one’s ability to lose unwanted pounds, add muscle, become stronger, increase cardio output, and, most importantly, maximize energy through every stage of life boils down to the actions we take on a consistent basis.

The mini triumphs, the small gains, the training we do each and every day, and even the setbacks, will accumulate to significant results.

In addition to my Personal Trainer Certificate, I am also working toward my PN 1 certification with Precision Nutrition and becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with NSCA. As a figure and physique competitor, I know all too well that there is no more important a factor in fitness than the foods we put in our body.

My aim is to develop individually tailored exercise programs specific to my client’s goals, while having as much fun along the way.”
