A small group training program designed to help you lose inches off of your body. A six week small group training program. Each class is 55 minutes and coached by a RVC certified personal trainer. The classes focus on a specialized format such as strength training, endurance, or core. All levels welcome.
Tuesday/Thursday 9-10am with Katherine Grainger
Tuesday/Thursday 11am-12pm with John Grainger
Monday/Wednesday 5:30-6:30pm with Kory Cazeault
