November Class Additions and Changes

Class Additions

  • BODYFLOW®
    Monday and Fridays from 11:30am-12:30pm (Replacing Power Flow Yoga).
    Tuesday and Thursdays from 830am-9:30am (Replacing Vinyasa Flow Yoga).
    With Teresa Urnezis. Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYFLOW® is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BODYFLOW, an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy. Takes place in the Yoga Studio.
  • Barre Mix
    Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00am-11:00am.
    With Teresa Urnezis. Barre offers low impact classic interval training. It is designed to help burn fat and sculpt lean muscles. In this class, you will use helpful props such as light dumbbells, balls, and more. Learn careful movements that will increase your endurance and reform your body.
  • Pilates Mix
    Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00pm-1:00pm and Wednesdays at 9:30am with Teresa Urnezis (Replacing Foundational Pilates and Pilates Mat).
    Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00pm-7:00pm with Pam Kerr.
    This full body workout appreciably challenges core strength, dynamic stability, and coordination. Fit for anyone and will uniquely build strength and improve flexibly. This class use props like foam rollers, bands, and balls. Takes place in the Movement Studio.
  • Total Body Water Training
    Monday from 5:30pm-6:30pm with Erica McIntyre (Replacing Aqua Fitness).
    Wednesday from 8:30am-9:30am and 5:30am-6:30pm with Donna Schlosser (Replacing Aqua-Hydro-Active).
    Friday from 8:30am-9:30am with Rose Grenier (Replacing Aqua Fit and Dance).
    Join our medium-to-high-intensity water class. Use the water as resistance with a combination of no-impact aerobics, interval and strength training, and flexibility/ROM exercises. This class will use props, such as flotation belts, ankle cuffs, noodles, and dumbbells to enhance strength training. Come ready to work your full body! Takes place in the recreational pool.
  • Deep/Shallow Aqua Intervals
    Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30am-9:30am with Elaine Waterman (Replacing Aqua Fit).
    Thursday from 5:30pm-6:30pm (Replacing Aquabata).
    This water class offers a medium-to-high intensity workout that can be done in the deep or shallow end. Have fun moving with the cardio intervals! You will improve your endurance, muscle strength, increase flexibility with your cool down stretch series. Takes place in the recreational pool.

  • Tuesday and Thursday 7:00pm Vinyasa Flow Yoga is now Candle Light Vinyasa. Same description.
  • Monday and Wednesday Pool Pilates is Pilates in Water. Same instructor, same description.
  • Friday Advanced Pool Pilates is now Pilates Balance in Water. Same instructor, same description.
  • Abby Kaye Ritter is now instructing Ignite* Wednesday and Fridays at 8:30am-9:30am.
  • Learn to Play/Move is now instructed by Abby Corriveau.

Class Cancellations

  • Foundational Yoga on Mondays and Fridays been removed from the schedule due to instructor conflict.
