To me, the fitness journey didn’t start until after high school. Before that, I was just a kid playing games and watching television.

Personal training turned my life around and allowed me to not only find balance and the confidence to pursue happiness, but it also helped me through some tough challenges. Fitness is about a more balanced, healthier, fuller life. It’s about waking up happier and more comfortable with yourself. It’s a journey I wish to share with the people around me in the best way that I know: a motivated, safe, individualized and fun way. We work together, we succeed together.
