M.A.X.

Known for his incredibly successful Rapid Weight Loss (RWL) program, Certified Master Trainer, Matt Newell, takes it to a new level with M.A.X., an intense group training workout. M.A.X. focuses on metabolic activating exercise. Newell will guide participants through a series of cardio and strength training exercises with prescribed rest intervals in between each one. Short rest intervals help to keep the heart rate elevated near the aerobic level without dropping off, ensuring fast and dramatic fitness results.
