I was introduced to Pilates while studying dance in college and have continued to be amazed by what it can accomplish! I use my knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology to address imbalances in the body and work toward maintaining alignment that allows all body systems to function efficiently. We will create habits that make you feel great all day, every day!

I believe in nurturing the mind-body connection to help clients achieve their fitness goals. I create a positive and supportive environment where we can celebrate the potential of the body while increasing its capacity through flexibility, strength, balance, and control.
