Knock Out Boxing

 
A one-of-a-kind striking/boxing workout. This 30-minute high intensity interval class will take you through a five minute warm-up followed by six intense rounds of striking combos using Focusmaster innovative striking machines. Includes functional body weight exercises and an intense two minute explosive round to finish you off with a five minute cool down. A certified, dedicated coach will direct and guide your ultimate experience in a team atmosphere with heart pumping music. Class takes place in the GTS.
