- Hot Yoga on Thursdays at 5:30pm has changed to Iyengar for the summer. A safe, accessible and classical Indian style of yoga that was created by yoga master BKS Iyengar. It uses introductory to advanced poses to develop strength, stamina, concentration and body alignment. Classes use props such as blankets, blocks, and straps to customize poses to each individual’s level of strength and flexibility.
- Qigong on Fridays at 1:00pm will be offered every third Friday only, through August.
- *CrossFit (*additional fee) on Saturdays at 10:00am has been cancelled.
