Two of our instructors have relocated. Please note the following adjustments to our schedule:
- BodyCombat on Fridays at 8:30am will now be instructed by Janet Greger.
- INSANITY 45 on Mondays at 4:15pm will now be instructed by Mick Hansen
- Spinning on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00am is now instructed by Jenn O’Connor.
- NEW! Power Up on Tuesdays at 8:30am replaces BodyCombat and will be instructed by Kory Cazeault. This is a high intensity interval training class. You will build endurance, increase your fitness level, and burn calories.
- NEW! INSANITY on Thursdays at 8:30am replaces Power Up and will be instructed by Emily Cleaveland. For those who want to push their fitness to a new level. This class is a high intensity interval training class designed to build endurance, ramp up fitness levels, and melt away calories. If you have a MYZONE belt, be sure to wear it to class!
